Segmented Controller

The MCP-POWER-G series rectifier controller is a segmented control unit designed for the magnetic chuck.

Magnetization:
Turn on the power switch and connect the control cable to the magnetic chuck; select the magnetization segment (the larger the value, the greater the clamping force) and drive the magnetization switch and safety switch (2 sec) to start magnetization; check that the magnetization indicator light is on; withdraw the output line and close the protective cap.

Demagnetization:
Turn on the power switch and connect the control cable to the magnetic chuck ; drive the demagnetization switch until the indicator light of the safety switch is on to start demagnetization; check that the demagnetization indicator light is on; withdraw the output line and close the protective cap.

Standardized Specification
220V / 60HZ with advanced waterproof plug (380V is available as well)

Segmented Controller Features

Rapid magnetization, 1~2 seconds of demagnetization, fast positioning of workpieces, energy-saving, no need for further electricity supply after workpieces are fixed, no danger after power interruption during processing, strong and stable magnetic force.

The system can be adjusted by way of different shifts, and can cope with processing of both thick and thin pieces. The hole piercing and five-sided processing can be conducted based on different situations upon the choice of induction blocks . This fast clamping system can save 50% of time comparing to traditional one.
